Went out to Shelor to buy a 2007 F150 FX4. Had a very good experience talking with them on the phone and the man I spoke with, Jamie Sampson, told me he would hold the truck for me until we could come ou good experience talking with them on the phone and the man I spoke with, Jamie Sampson, told me he would hold the truck for me until we could come out to see it. Well we went to see it and it was in excellent shape. They gave us a very fair price on the truck and Andy was an absolute joy to work with. I was very pleased with the whole experience! Jesse and the Sales Manager (and one of the owners so I am told) were extremely helpful in getting me into the vehicle I wanted in spite of the hassle I was ha the Sales Manager (and one of the owners so I am told) were extremely helpful in getting me into the vehicle I wanted in spite of the hassle I was having with an insurance company and getting my check in a timely manner. First contact was on Internet and was very helpful. Was contacted then by Patsy Williams who was very friendly and asked me a few questions about my Trade-in. I told her the car I was interested in and sh contacted then by Patsy Williams who was very friendly and asked me a few questions about my Trade-in. I told her the car I was interested in and she got back with me very quickly with trade in allowance, vehicle price, and expected payments. We set up a meeting for 9:30 the next morning. Patsy was waiting outside when I got there....took my trade-in for review. While I was walking to her office, one of her associates directed me to the lounge area, showed me the coffee, (which was very good)where the remote was, etc. Once the deal was done we dropped the paperwork off with Morris and took a tour of the Shelor complex. Patsy explained each of the services offered. She then dropped me at Morris's office and went to make sure my new vehicle was getting cleaned. Morris was a great guy to work with...friendly, out going, and very knowledgeable. We went over all the options in detail, and explained them to me in a way I understood. I really enjoyed my experience at Shelor's and will be back when I'm ready to trade. More
