They were awesome people. Mike Parks went above and beyond his job to get me financed. Robert and his trainee (I'm sorry I can't recall her name) were awesome! We arrived at the dealership looking for a used Eclipse we had seen online. Apparently it had just arrived because it was still i name) were awesome! We arrived at the dealership looking for a used Eclipse we had seen online. Apparently it had just arrived because it was still in their detail area. They went and got the car out of detail and allowed us to test drive it. Of course, we fell in love!! They were both very patient while we worked through our finances and issues we've had in the past. While we got our financing approved, they sent our new baby off to be detailed and all shined up so we could drive it home with us. After a few hours of figuring out the details, we were taken on a tour of the dealership and she even explained what each building was for and their hours. Afterwards, we were dropped off at the finance department where Pete helped us through all of the final paperwork and got us on our way (he was awesome by the way). Robert was very nice and had a great sense of humor, and his trainee definitely knew the ropes and did a great job at keeping us happy. There is a reason this is our third car from Shelor.
