The consumer should be presented with the lowest available payment from the begining that works for the consumer as well as the dealership. When the sales person is having to run back and forth to get the payment or sales price lower and the dealership is able to come down on the price, then it makes the consumer feel like they are being ripped off. I know that the dealership has to make a profit but what type of profit is required? Why should it be that the more we can get out of them (that they are willing to pay) then is the amount that is settled on. I also was not pleased with information that Melissa H. did got give us regarding the fee that was added for choosing autopay from our checkings account. I believe that every aspect of the vehicle and financial piece should be explained throughly with nothing left out. More

I had an overall great experience with Andy Millirons while purchasing my new used 2007 Toyota Camry. I didn't exactly get the payment I wanted to the tee. But they did get me in at good price and they did work with me on the monthly payment, which I do appreciate. The only problem I have is that while returning my vehicle after the dealership let me take it home on a Saturday, on a Monday by 6. I was there to work out the last minute kinks of the deal , sign the paper work and get the car. Another car salesman backed into my car while it was parked up front in the lot with an SUV!!! Of course I was very upset and let them know I was not paying for any damages incurred on their lot by an employee of Shelor Motor-mile. I was told by my salesman and "some guy" who has a title that they promised it would be taken care of by the company, "Collison Plus" , which I have an appointment with Nov 3rd,2011. I only hope they fix the damage right and they do right by their customers. I will have to wait and see..... More
