I appreciated the fact that no one was pushy and we were even able to take out the car for a long test drive without a sales person sitting in the backseat so that we could discuss our decision freely. We received an excellent price on the vehicle and Tim came in outside of his work hours to finish up the deal and get us in our car. We were given a lot of information and a tour of the facility in case we need to come back for any warranty work, oil changes, etc, which may be very helpful in the future. We were very happy with our whole experience and will return again when purchasing our next vehicle. The vehicle selection at the used car center is very extensive and all vehicles all well cared for and in great condition. More

We live 2 hours away from Shelor and spent 2 days buying our car. The battery was dead and was told that it would be replaced...2 days later it was dead again. Since we couldn't drop everything and make another 2 hour trip to get shelor to replace it, they would only reimburse us for half of the cost. Also after returning home we found that the security key fobs didn't work. We were told that they needed programmed and would only take a short wait, so after yet another 2 hour drive and a 3 HOUR WAIT we were informed that the receiver didn't work and they would have to order one and we would have to come back again to get it replaced. At the time of the sale our salesperson Holly seemed to be friendly, but we have come to realize that was because she was making a sale. I have received an e-mail(which is very impersonal) and when am in the dealership she ignores us and acts as though we are perfect strangers. And to think they insisted on us giving them all 5's on this survey. If the customer service was all that good they wouldn't have to even ask, but they persisted on us to rate all 5's. So far I feel like a number on a list with shelor, not a valued customer and would not reccomend doing business with them unless you want the same. More

I stopped into Shelor to look at a car that I saw online. That car had been sold, but there was another almost exactly the same. The car turned out to be in very good condition, I got a superb deal on it and it never even saw the car lot. The overall service was great while I was there. The whole process did take a while, but considering that the car wasn't even in their system yet, they got me on the road as quick as they could. Overall, I had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit Shelor if they were in need of a car. More
