I stopped into Shelor to look at a car that I saw online. That car had been sold, but there was another almost exactly the same. The only problem was that it had just been traded in, and it hadn't been cle That car had been sold, but there was another almost exactly the same. The car turned out to be in very good condition, I got a superb deal on it and it never even saw the car lot. The overall service was great while I was there. The whole process did take a while, but considering that the car wasn't even in their system yet, they got me on the road as quick as they could. Overall, I had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit Shelor if they were in need of a car. More

We live 2 hours away from Shelor and spent 2 days buying our car. The battery was dead and was told that it would be replaced...2 days later it was dead again. To keep from being stranded we had to pay out our car. The battery was dead and was told that it would be replaced...2 days later it was dead again. Since we couldn't drop everything and make another 2 hour trip to get shelor to replace it, they would only reimburse us for half of the cost. Also after returning home we found that the security key fobs didn't work. We were told that they needed programmed and would only take a short wait, so after yet another 2 hour drive and a 3 HOUR WAIT we were informed that the receiver didn't work and they would have to order one and we would have to come back again to get it replaced. At the time of the sale our salesperson Holly seemed to be friendly, but we have come to realize that was because she was making a sale. I have received an e-mail(which is very impersonal) and when am in the dealership she ignores us and acts as though we are perfect strangers. And to think they insisted on us giving them all 5's on this survey. If the customer service was all that good they wouldn't have to even ask, but they persisted on us to rate all 5's. So far I feel like a number on a list with shelor, not a valued customer and would not reccomend doing business with them unless you want the same. More
