Seems like the dealer should have more say of the price rather then running back to some guy sitting at a desk not doing anything but calling himself a manager. Cut out the managers who come over at the end and sign the paperwork, real dick as far as im concerned, and i sure hope i wasnt treated like that just because this time i only spent 10k and not 60k on a car. Our sales representative, Michael Shelton, did an excellent job. We had spoken with him over the phone before arriving. I had a vehicle I really liked off the website picked out. I enjoyed driving the Nissan xtera so much we stayed with our original choice. Michael had all the papers and folders already organized and ready to go. I contacted the sales department and spoke with Carson Poole. The vehicle I looked at was actually on the Chevy lot so he turned me over to Tim Merritt. There, he set me up with Ashley Hosey. She did a great job getting everything done and I had my vehicle picked out that day. Durning the process, Carson and Tim both came back to check on me more than once to make sure I was being taken care of and that I didn't need anything. You don't find service like that anymore. I would recommend working with Christian. He was helpful and patient. I had my two kids with me (4 year old and a 1 year old) and he stuck with us throughout the whole process, even offering food and drink and patient.
