I like the Mega dealer concept as is makes for one stop shopping for just about any model new or used. I saw a used Ford passanger van on the lot which I was not in the market for but interested in check shopping for just about any model new or used. The price was very attractive and you had 3 almost identical 1 year old models to choose from. We drove two and picked one. I had questions as to tow rating, price of hitch and others options which Tim jumped on and got answers quickly. I was on tight time schedule but understand how buying a car takes time. We nigoiated the sales price and trade-in value and reached a deal. From that time on, things slowed down a bit, seemed to take much longer than what I deem necessary. We finely got everything signed and got on the road. Overall I liked dealing with Tim Johnston and the dealership, I just like things done faster then mine went. I would and plan to do business with them again. More
