Used car needed brake work right off the lot Paid 11,000 for used jeep Cherokee. Leaving dealership brakes were knocking within 15 minutes. Called next day and told this probably is not covered i Paid 11,000 for used jeep Cherokee. Leaving dealership brakes were knocking within 15 minutes. Called next day and told this probably is not covered in warranty but could bring it back and let them look. We live 40 minutes away so not convient to drive back for them to say it is not covered. Paid 180 for new brake pads and brake kits 5 days after. We jade brake work completed at Monro as we did not trust Shelor at this point. . They said it looked like Shelor may have put brake pads on the car or shaved them but did not use new hardware kits so brakes were not even or wearing evenly. Hardware Kits cost 15 dollars at max!! Not impressed with this at all On a side note: Salesman Jake Adams was very friendly and did an excellent job helping us. The finance department was pleasant and helpful. . I just don't trust the company or service department. We will not buying used cars from there again More
