Worst vehicle buying experience ever. This review is about Shelor Chevrolet. I was working with another dealership on a truck that I wanted to purchase. Shelor found out I was in the marke This review is about Shelor Chevrolet. I was working with another dealership on a truck that I wanted to purchase. Shelor found out I was in the market for a truck and contacted me first. I told them that I was already looking at a truck at another dealership. They told me if I wanted they would try to transfer that truck to their dealership and sell it to me. Supposedly, before the transfer occurred, the first dealership informed me that the truck was sold. I inform Shelor of this fact. They still asked me if I wanted the truck to be transferred. Again I told him I was informed that it was sold. They still said and asked me did I want to go forward on buying that truck. I told them that if they could still get that truck somehow I would be interested. For two days they haggled with me on price which everyday increased until I was frustrated. They also kept trying to get me to give them $500 for a deposit on the transfer. Even after I told them the truck was sold. Then suddenly, Shelor notifies me that the truck that I wanted to be transferred had been sold. Only thing I'm thankful about is that I did not give them the $500 deposit. Personally, I will not deal with Shelor again. I suggest you do the same. More
