The Shelor Automotive Group began over 30 years ago, in 1974, as a single-line Chevrolet store in Christiansburg, VA. Beyond satisfied! Absolutely THRILLED!!! I wasn't feeling very confident about the possibility of attaining a new vehicle with past experiences with another "prominent" Absolutely THRILLED!!! I wasn't feeling very confident about the possibility of attaining a new vehicle with past experiences with another "prominent" local dealership and with the age and condition of my potential trade and bad experiences in the past dealing with sales personnel who would find out my credit was far less than perfect and would suddenly lose interest, I was sure I was going to be in for a long and painful day. However, a year later I decided to try again, but was referred by a friend to try Shelor. From the beginning upon contacting Shelor things went from good to great to ever better!! Sales Manager Trey Paige contacted me within the hour of submitting the online finance application and extended the welcome for me to come see them in Christiansburg. There I was introduced to Sales Consultant Tyler Adams who was a great help and extremely personable and made me feel so welcome! Tyler made this car buying experience far different from the treatment I received from the other dealership last year. I am extremely happy and impressed with the whole experience and I am beyond satisfied! Thank you Tyler Adams for helping me find such a perfect car! the Focus is a fun ride and though I do miss my old Jeep, I am absolutely in love with the 2013 Focus!! More
