Excellence is Shelor's standard. Nathan, from the first encounter conveyed that he understood that buying a car is a daunting task for anyone. We are on limited everything and he made sure we were encouraged and made a solid buying decision.When we first arrived at Shelor, we first met Andrew Antienowicz. He was a wonderful start to our car buying experience. Andrew worked hard to help us. He had to refer us to another division of Shelor and to the care of Nathan Thomas. Nathan showed me that there are people in this world who the word integrity is a way of doing business. I grabbed extra cards of his to give to ANYONE who needs to buy a car. We would like to thank Mr. Dewey Rotenberry who showed us customer service is the touchstone at shelor.Excellence begins at the top and it shows. We would highly recommend Nathan at Shelor to anyone. Used 2008 Toyota Camery Hybrid 11-8-14, I normally deal with Casey Jones but Jim Johnston was my salesman this time. Hilda Miles was a great help in helping me find a car, so was Bowie Clift who was willing to keep in My experience at this dealership has been great! Hilda Miles was a great help in helping me find a car, so was Bowie Clift who was willing to keep in touch with me over a month or two while I was saving up my down payment to help me in my car search. Hilda, who I was working with to get my car financed, did a great job. She was even willing to stay over to get everything done and make sure I was satisfied!
