Pleasantly Surprised. I generally have low expectations of a car buying experience not to mention a great dread of having to deal with the sales people. My usual experience searching for a new vehicle involves me driving around to lots when I know no one is there! I was very pleasantly surprised with the low pressure, professional sales staff at Shelor. Randy Hagler is as genuine and personable as a person can get. I actually went in to test drive a Lexus IS 250 with little to no expectation of purchasing a car. After driving the car, I was ready to move on to the next appointment at another dealership. But Randy had already lined up another test drive for me in an awesome Infiniti G37. His quick thinking and anticipatory sales style landed him the sale! I really felt that Randy understood what I was looking for and he delivered. Not only did I get the car I REALLY wanted at a great price, but he also gave me a good deal on my trade. Buying a Ranger quickly and easily. Husband is an auto mechanic and loves Ford products. We traded in a 2013 Focus and now have a 2009 Ranger. Hubby loves trucks! It has 37,000 miles and must have been in a garage much of its life not on a mine strip job or other messy work area. It is 4-wheel drive in case of winter emergency. Adam Hankins is handsome, young, nice, polite and accurate in his work. He efficiently handled the whole process in no time. You may know Rangers are difficult to find now . This one is a dream.
