Dwayne was patient and allowed us to drive as many cars as we wanted and answered several questions and concerns that we addressed with knowledge. This is my second car experience with shelor and would highly recommend them to family and friends. Robert our financial man was great and courteous. Shannon and the sales manager, Ryan, were able to give me a good dollar value on my trade, and get me a very competitive interest rate on my financing from Freedom First Credit Union. Closing the deal in the finance department with Eugene was also a breeze. Everyone at the dealership is very personable, polite, and passionate. Went to the wrong car lot but Andy was happy to pick of the vehicle and bring it to us on the wrong lot. The Tribute surpassed our expectations and we decided to buy immediately. Though the vehicle was considered a Cash Car and no haggle pricing, we asked for a discount and received it. We were cash customers, paying cash for the Mazda. Andy completed the paperwork and took us to the business office to meet Pete and complete the papers. We were offered an unreal warranty on a ten year old vehicle! Pete was very friendly and professional. We got to take the vehicle home that night and I brought payment back the next day. I highly recommend Shelor Motor Mile. More
