Excellence Service I went into the Used Superstore to look at 2 cars that were on the internet on Friday 6/20/14. I was immediately met by a friendly receptionist and th I went into the Used Superstore to look at 2 cars that were on the internet on Friday 6/20/14. I was immediately met by a friendly receptionist and then greeted by a salesperson that took me to the Superstore. They had the 2 cars waiting on me. I test drove both. Wasn't planning on buying that day because in the past it usually takes hours to finalize the paperwork. And it was a Friday night. No way. But they asked me what I wanted to get for my truck. They gave me more. A lot more. Not sure how. They asked what kind of payment I was looking for and they saved me 50.00 to 70.00 more. Shocking again. They then spent about 20 minutes at the center and got more paperwork done. It was so smooth. They really seemed interested in my needs. Which meant a lot to me. Granted going through the buying process takes awhile, but it was painless and a lot quicker than I ever imagined. I was shuttled to the finance dept. Offer a coffee or latte. 20 minutes later I was in possession of a car that I would have never thought possible of having. If and when I or any member of my family wants a car in the future I will "personally" introduce them to Pat Gemmel or Paul Magnini. Its real nice when you can go and purchase something that you need and be met with very professional people and be treated like family and not just a check book. Great people, great service and a great experience. And if I could I would add a #6 for excellent. On a side note, the Sales manager was on top of his game. Didn't blow smoke up my butt. Told me what he "would do". Not what he "couldn't do". I have been in sales for over 20 years and I learned a lot from him in an hour and a half. He is definitely a person that makes things happen.
