I had severe damage to my right front axle and the dealership was busy and could not get to it right away. Conrad gave me an estimate of when they could get to it and they beat that estimate by a coup dealership was busy and could not get to it right away. All during the work process Conrad kept me informed, he even took care of a couple of warranty items while my truck was there.
