He did his part as expected, kept me informed as to what the issue was and what was done to fix it as opposed to what I thought might be the problem. He also informed me that the high beam was not working o the issue was and what was done to fix it as opposed to what I thought might be the problem. He also informed me that the high beam was not working on the right headlight and asked if I would like it replaced. (That certainly explains why the high beam lights seemed so worthless on these dark Indiana roads. I had not considered this since I had recently replaced both headlight bulbs. What are the odds?) This assured me that everything was working as I drove off the lot. More
