Emily (sales associate) did a great job however, the management/ownership needs some lessons on integrity. After negotiating a vehicle sale price with Emily I later came to understand that I was going management/ownership needs some lessons on integrity. After negotiating a vehicle sale price with Emily I later came to understand that I was going to be charged an additional $399 for a "ceramic paint coating". This is something I never asked for. Later I was told they do this on all vehicles as if it was already done and I had no choice. I have experience in vehicle coatings and could tell nothing had been applied at the time of sale. I also looked up the product that was supposedly applied and it is not a ceramic coating at all. It is a paint sealant made by Aglaze and is not worth anywhere near $399 for the product including application costs. I feel sorry for the sales associates having to deal with management's disingenuous practices. Take your business elsewhere or be clear that you are not paying for this scam upfront. More
