They said it would take half a day so I dropped my truck off at 8am and didn’t get it back until 4pm. I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. People were friendly but there was no communication unless I called. Had truck for 2 and half months. And I had to be the one to call Stallantis and get a part rushed.
