The first time I scheduled to have the tailgate lock fixed, they didn't have the part in stock so I wasted 2 hours and got to work late. If they couldn't fix it, they should have rescheduled me. Since this is my first issue with the truck and dealer, I am on the fence about recommending, but I can't leave that question unanswered and finish this questionnaire. More
