RECAP: So I took my car in early this year for the recall. I had a scheduled appointment that they had given me, needless to say I get there after waiting to be greeted and they tell me the part is no recall. I had a scheduled appointment that they had given me, needless to say I get there after waiting to be greeted and they tell me the part is no longer available it’s gone. I post a bad review and I received a call from management telling me that her call me as soon as the part comes in. Here it is May 16, 2023 no call and no part. As luck would have it, my car had the problem with the gears, now I’m unable to drive it and it’s stuck in reverse. Zero stars horrible people and customer service!!!! More
