Sheridan Ford - Service Center

I don’t know what happened to me yesterday but I went in for an oil change and new air filter. Checked in just before 9 am. There were at least 4 or 5 cars ahead of me so I knew I’d be waiting. But as the waiting room emptied out I got concerned. Finally, at 1:50 pm I receive a phone call (I’d been in the waiting room the whole time) to say my car was ready! Why did it take 5 hours for an oil change??? I’ve never had this happen before, what’s going on there?? More

Another GREAT experience at Sheridan Ford Service yesterday! John and the team evaluated my brakes carefully and saved me from unnecessary work. I went in on Saturday 10/23 for service. Josh was my service advisor and was so kind. He took my car even tho I did not have an appointment and was so quick and friendly. He even put my car back in the service advisor and was so kind. He took my car even tho I did not have an appointment and was so quick and friendly. Terrible service.
