Waited on me in no time flat after previous customer, found my part , estimated price of job and had me out in an hour or so all with no appointment. Staff was not friendly. And failed to provide complimentary car after completing mr repair to me until requesting, then they ran vehicle through the car wash and didn’t even dry it off leaving complimentary car after completing mr repair to me until requesting, then they ran vehicle through the car wash and didn’t even dry it off leaving water spots. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment to reprogram power steering module and oil change the dealership did not even look at may vehicle on the scheduled day of service. Why make an appointment if you can ev steering module and oil change the dealership did not even look at may vehicle on the scheduled day of service. Friendly and quick, but frustrating! Brought Toyota Higlander for the works....have brought several times before. This time and last, no oil change light reset. Service light on, told can't run diagn Higlander for the works....have brought several times before. This time and last, no oil change light reset. Service light on, told can't run diagnostics, don't have the capability for a Toyota. So now we've got to pay a Toyota dealership to do, what was already paid for with"the works" Feels like we have wasted time and money, not sure we can trust what was actually completed vs what was checked off. Unfortunately this happened on the last service for the Toyota as well! More
