I had an appointment at 10:30. Got completed after12:00. Was never advised the progress of my service. I finally asked a representative for a status update. It took another 15-20 minutes before they advised me my car was ready. The complimentary car wash was a joke. According to the cleanliness checklist all interior glass cleaned, they were not. The trim, handles door panels wiped down they were not. All the Interior work on the list was not completed except the rugs were vacuumed. This is why I gave the rating that I did. More

Sales manager quoted me $2000 over MSRP sticker for a new Tahoe. I consider that disrespectful to long term customers. I was a customer for 22 years before new owners changed policies, regardless of loyalt Tahoe. I consider that disrespectful to long term customers. Service department has nice people but policy requires them to charge ridiculously high prices for parts and labor. And a $185 fee just to diagnose a problem; then you have to decide if you want that fee to go toward repairs at the dealership. I take my vehicles here for extended warranty service because i bought the warranty here. After my bad experience with sales, I bought my granddaughter’s car elsewhere, and will do so for my wife’s next car. More
