Customer service goes over their head. You do not feel important to them. I had an 8:00 appointment for a 2 hour service and got my truck back after 4:30. I don’t think that is the way it should work if you schedule an appointment a week in advance. Service never called me I had to call 3 times after asking for call backs with updates. More
