Made an appointment for 10AM, arrived at 9:35 told it would take 3 hours. Called a family member to pick me up, came back at 2:30PM to find out that they were just putting my SUV on the lift to start the would take 3 hours. The service was performed on my vehicle. I haven’t had any problems with it in regards to what was fixed. There were a list of issues with my visit. I was told my car would be done that Friday by noon, I any problems with it in regards to what was fixed. There were a list of issues with my visit. I was told my car would be done that Friday by noon, I called at 1 pm and was told that my car would be done by hopefully the next day. I asked for a loaner vehicle as I was in the middle of a move and needed a car. The service rep said he would let me know updates on the repair and also would try to get me a loaner, he said he would keep me posted. After that I did not hear back from him, I decided to call and was rudely “helped” by who I am assuming was a sales rep. She informed me that the service department was closed and that they would reopen on Monday. I asked her about the loaner and she again told me that the service department was closed and to wait until Monday. I asked her to speak to a manager at which point she told me that there wasn’t a manager available to speak to and to wait until Monday. At this point I was very frustrated, I didn’t have a car for my move, I was not updated and apparently there was no one who could help at Sherman dodge, I called first thing Monday morning and picked up my car. I had to go to the cashier then the cashier sent me to get my paperwork, then I was told my car would be park right outside, but maybe on the pebble lot. It was parked in the pebble lot and they had left all the plastic and paper that I assume was used to keep the car “clean”. This is the last time I use Sherman dodge for anything. I will not consider it to buy a car or get mine serviced. More
