Service was great. I wish there were more outdoor places to sit outside of the service center where employees weren’t smoking. Had my breaks replaced and they did not install it correctly. When I brought my van in with the complain they actually said it was issue with something else and wanted additional $500 for the repair. correctly. Normally service is top notch here and they’re my primary dealership however this past visit, I was both shocked and surprised, not to mention disappointed in the number of employees, salesmen and customers dealership however this past visit, I was both shocked and surprised, not to mention disappointed in the number of employees, salesmen and customers that weren’t wearing face coverings. I witnessed one customer standing at the service podiums having a full conversation with the service agent without any sort of mask at all. Common human decency guys. Do it for your customers.
