Service concerns were not addressed in one visit. Promise to provide shuttle service was not honored costing me $40 in round-trip users. The service department refused to even address the issue telling me it was an issue with the sales department. I got bounced around and my time wasted. The feature was eventually installed as specified, when I picked up the car they told me it was working all along. A complete lie. Makes no sense the way they responded to this. More
