The staffs members there were great. Greet me with smiles and made me feel comfortable. They did their best and hardest to provide me with the materials and information I needed. I was told I would get a call the following day and didn't. The price was high for the type of work done (ETC replacement). I had to call the day after I was supposed to hear back and was told the vehi didn't. The price was high for the type of work done (ETC replacement). I had to call the day after I was supposed to hear back and was told the vehicle was done but the service person I spoke with wasn't in, so of course they could not verify that he had told me a coupon would be applied. The cost was less than the quote which was nice, but it still shouldn't cost 860 bucks to get a throttle body replaced and even though the receipt said no coupon was applied I was "assured" that it had been included (but with not proof?). I may not go back since there is nothing exceptional about this dealer. More
