Smart service done by good people Dealerships get a bad rep and sometimes it is deserved but Sherman Dodge was exemplary in what a good dealership can be when they put in the effort. I called Sherman Dodge and was scheduled for the next day. The person at the service counter was intelligent and professional and got my vehicle checked in and arranged for a porter to take me home because I live about five miles away. Lester, who was my mechanic texted me and urged me to ask questions if I had any; that was a nice touch. When the job was finished Lester contacted me via text and phone letting me know that I could pick up my vehicle any time. I arrived back at the dealership and went to the cashier who quickly pulled out a receipt for service indicating I owed zero dollars and wished me a great day and another porter led me to where my car was parked and wished me a great day. Customer service should never be overlooked and they treat you extremely well at Sherman Dodge so obviously they realize the value of establishing loyalty through exceptional service. An impressive experience and one which I will not forget. Sherman Dodge earned my future business and a strong sense of respect. More
Accomodating and excellent business I would like to give a five star rating to the service representative Chris Ghanayem. I came 2 Saturdays in a roll because of my Uconnect 5.0 had cras I would like to give a five star rating to the service representative Chris Ghanayem. I came 2 Saturdays in a roll because of my Uconnect 5.0 had crashed and Chris was very prompt and on the job. However, they could not fixed the problem but ordered me a new system which I thought was covered by warranty and to find out this past Saturday after they installed the new system it wasn't. Thanks to Chris since he had quoted me that it was covered, he accommodated me anyway and for that I am grateful. Sherman Dodge is grateful to have a service rep that keeps it real with his customers. More

courteous and accommodating I would love to give a 5 star rating...however due to the number of times I had to visit the service dept. for the same issue, that's not possible. Hopefully, the transmission issue with this 1st year model will serve to educate your technicians so that customers will not have endure my frusrations. Horrible service I bought my car here and had service done here before and never had an issue until now. I was told by manny it would take an hour and a half to two ho I bought my car here and had service done here before and never had an issue until now. I was told by manny it would take an hour and a half to two hours for service to be done so my fiancé and I said we would wait for it. Well almost two and half hours later no one has spoken to us about my car and I’m getting frustrated because manny has walked past me more then 4 times already and has said nothing. So my fiancé went in the back and had asked someone about what was going on with my car and they told him that it could be another 4-5 hours. I guess if he didnt go ask no one would have said anything and I would have been sitting there all day long. The only accommodation they could give me was a shuttle that wouldn’t even take me to my home because it was “too far” even though it only takes me 10-15 minutes to get there from my house. They didn’t even offer me a rental car in the mean time considering no one could tell me a time frame that my car would be done. I wound up having to take my car (yes the one I was having service on) back to my house to get our other car to drive my car back to the dealer to have it finished working on. It was a mess. They finally called me to tell me to pick up my car 6 hours later. I went and they sent me directly to the cashier window. So I asked there if anyone was there to talk to because I don’t know what was done with my car but no one was able to tell me what happened with my car and what they fixed or touched because everyone who had something to do with my car magically left for the day. As a gentleman was walking through the area he was able to explain a bit to me about what was done to my car which got me more upset. They “repaired” the problem instead of replacing the part and then he proceeded to tell me that it was nothing I had done to the car to make the part faulty. He told me that “at the factory they mess with parts and when we get the cars delivered to us they done tell us about it so they don’t have to pay for it, so it was probably something that was done at the factory before we sold the car to you”. So at this point I’m super upset about the service since I walked into the building and now I’m more upset because it seemed like it was all a joke and no one could really talk to me about my car. So I left frustrated and the next day I tried calling the dealership to speak to someone about my visit and the issues I had with it and nice lady said that the manager I would need to talk to was at his desk and she would patch me through and she did but he never answered so I left a voicemail and didn’t hear back. I called 3 more times that day and nothing. No one answered and no one called me back. This was the worst service I have ever had at this dealership! I bought my car here and I have never had an issue until now. But after this visit I’m seriously considering bringing my car somewhere else to get worked on from now on. I just want to say, Chris Carter is amazing. He sold me my Jeep back at the end of 2016 beginning of 2017. I wish he was there the day I brought my car in for service because he would have never let me leave this unhappy. More
