I will never buy a dodge again because of these guys Horrible service, mani was the person helping me, every time I go he’s not there, I was told my car will be ready in 5 days, my insurance inspector we Horrible service, mani was the person helping me, every time I go he’s not there, I was told my car will be ready in 5 days, my insurance inspector went the second day and it’s been almost 2 months, every time I call no one is able to help me, they tell me that mani will give me a call back, and he never does. I went to the service center 3 times, he was never there, I talked to the manager, all 3 times and my car is still not ready. I want to take my car to a different shop but they already got paid by my insurance, and they won’t give me the money, they said they’d have to give it back to the insurance and I’d have to pay over $200 because the mechanic took a look to detect the problem (even though I knew what the problem was and I told them what the problem was the first day I went. Ended up paying $2500 for rental car, $500 deductible to insurance when the whole job costs 1200$ including tires, control arm and alignment. Oh and they didn’t even do an alignment, they said the mechanic couldn’t figure it out. More

After 3 weeks I got car back and it was still broken I brought my car in several times for a water leak on the passenger side. I picked the car up on a Thursday night and it rained over the weekend. Car is now soaking wet once again. More

Smart service done by good people Dealerships get a bad rep and sometimes it is deserved but Sherman Dodge was exemplary in what a good dealership can be when they put in the effort. I called Sherman Dodge and was scheduled for the next day. The person at the service counter was intelligent and professional and got my vehicle checked in and arranged for a porter to take me home because I live about five miles away. Lester, who was my mechanic texted me and urged me to ask questions if I had any; that was a nice touch. When the job was finished Lester contacted me via text and phone letting me know that I could pick up my vehicle any time. I arrived back at the dealership and went to the cashier who quickly pulled out a receipt for service indicating I owed zero dollars and wished me a great day and another porter led me to where my car was parked and wished me a great day. Customer service should never be overlooked and they treat you extremely well at Sherman Dodge so obviously they realize the value of establishing loyalty through exceptional service. An impressive experience and one which I will not forget. Sherman Dodge earned my future business and a strong sense of respect. More

Accomodating and excellent business I would like to give a five star rating to the service representative Chris Ghanayem. I came 2 Saturdays in a roll because of my Uconnect 5.0 had cras I would like to give a five star rating to the service representative Chris Ghanayem. I came 2 Saturdays in a roll because of my Uconnect 5.0 had crashed and Chris was very prompt and on the job. However, they could not fixed the problem but ordered me a new system which I thought was covered by warranty and to find out this past Saturday after they installed the new system it wasn't. Thanks to Chris since he had quoted me that it was covered, he accommodated me anyway and for that I am grateful. Sherman Dodge is grateful to have a service rep that keeps it real with his customers. More

courteous and accommodating I would love to give a 5 star rating...however due to the number of times I had to visit the service dept. for the same issue, that's not possible.
