Don’t lead a customer to contact a manufacturer for help for a “known part defect” only to turn around and tell the manufacturer not to help us because we don’t get oil changes at the location. His words to the manufacturer “we are disloyal”. He was nice to our face but made terrible comments to them. I got news for you-loyalty began when we purchased a brand new Jeep from your lot! We will take our business elsewhere. More
Not good ! I have been told 3 different things by 3 different people at this dealership as far a device engine light being on . I have 3 different prices on work they say is not under warranty. A $47.00 piece cost me almost 700 to replace is outrageous and I feel like i am being taken advantage of ! I am giving it 2 stars because the on guy bill I have seen before is probably the best as far as customer relations but others I feel like I’m being taken advance of ! This place has done me wrong before with prices I’ll never buy a car from them again unless total turn around. Nothing was explained really as far as stuff goes for repair and I was hurried out. This was the worst time I have had here and I don’t care for it at all. Every time I ask for coupons for jeep they laugh !!!! xxx is that I have friends that get stuff comped I have never 1time gotten or anyone said sorry for your trouble of that it took 3 hours for a oil change ! xxx More

Rating I had to take my vehicle in for 2 recalls. One was done and the other wasn't. It required a part. Now, I have to go back yet AGAIN! why wouldn't thi I had to take my vehicle in for 2 recalls. Also, my car was dropped off at about 8:30a and required some services. But... I was never contacted as to how my car status was going. Nor... that it wouldn't be ready until next day. Why? More

Always great service The battery in my Jeep Patriot died in a mall parking lot on a Sunday afternoon. I had a tow driver tow it to Sherman for diagnosis and repair the fol The battery in my Jeep Patriot died in a mall parking lot on a Sunday afternoon. I had a tow driver tow it to Sherman for diagnosis and repair the following day. Promptly at 7am when they opened I got a text from Christopher who confirmed they had my Jeep and would diagnose it and follow up. In less than an hour I got a call to confirm what the issue was and I asked if an oil change could also be done. 40 minutes later I got another call confirming what was needed and to ask my permission to do the repair. Two hours later I got a text that everything was complete and my Jeep was ready for pick up. The whole experience was smooth and the service was highly professional. I’ve brought my Jeep to Sherman for regular oil changes since we moved to the area over a year ago and I’ve always been completely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of everyone there. More
Inconvenienced My vehicle was in the service department for 2 weeks waiting on a part that was on national back order with no type of rental or loaner vehicle provid My vehicle was in the service department for 2 weeks waiting on a part that was on national back order with no type of rental or loaner vehicle provided by the dear, my vehicles also went in with front end noises in the suspension. I was told that it was fixed, once I got my vehicle back the noises was still there, you would think if a technician does work to a vehicle he would double check to make sure that the work that he has done was efficient before the vehicle is given back to a customer, and that it's in working mechanical order not the same way that it came in. This is not the first time I've taken my vehicle to Sherman Dodge and it sat for 2 weeks when the mechanics were on strike, and I had to rent a vehicle and pay the total cost out of pocket. At that time I had my vehicle towed from Sherman Dodge to Fields Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealer so that they could do the work for me. More
