I was sold a Jeep Gladiator that had a recall on it and they didn’t even inform me about this recall. The recall took several months which in this time I had to get me a whole new set of tires because of t they didn’t even inform me about this recall. The recall took several months which in this time I had to get me a whole new set of tires because of this recall for a universal drive shaft. There was no reimbursement. That good thing about their service was the fact that every time they would screw up on my service, (which happened several times in the past) they would try to make things better. This is what makes me give them 3 stars More
