We are a family owned an operated business in Decatur, Indiana. We opened our doors in 1967. We have been a Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram new car dealership for 26 years and in 2018 we sold our new car franchise. We have gone back to our roots and the backbone of our dealership selling and servicing high quality preowned vehicles. Don and Ruth Shifferly started this business 51 years ago and today the Shifferly family is proud to keep that great legacy alive and well in Decatur. Our sign may have changed, but our commitment to our customers will never change. Stop in and say hello, all the familiar faces are still here. Best car buying experience I've ever had! After working with both dodge dealers in fort wayne for 2+ months to find us a town & country and have no luck (getting the run around, being treated After working with both dodge dealers in fort wayne for 2+ months to find us a town & country and have no luck (getting the run around, being treated like just one of a thousand customers) we decided to look elsewhere and Im so glad we did! Shifferly had exactly what we were looking for! There were a couple issues with the van that they repaired. They checked the brakes, hoses, oil change, balanced and rotated tires, and even replaced the keys! Matt was incredible to work with. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Shifferly! More
