I have had to go to a number of other Subaru dealerships to have one thing or another done. I would say that hands down, this dealership is the best place I have ever been to. They take care of their clients better than anyone. Mason went out of his way to insure that I would get a refund for a repair, done in another state, that should have been covered under an extended warranty. I really appreciate the time he spent trying to solve the warranty issue as well as the repair that I came in for.

've purchased quite a few cars over the years, and I've always driven off the lot feeling like I got screwed in one way or another. Not the case at this dealership. Shingle Springs Subaru has wowed me at every step of my recent car buying experience. This dealership offers incredible service. From the first phone call I made to the dealership, to the time they handed me my keys, I was well-informed and well-taken care of. I'm a little nit-picky when it comes to a lot of things, and I think buying a car is a time when being especially inquisitive is justified. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bryant from square one. He never played dumb, never used some BS line about a car being sold as-is just to avoid putting more effort into selling a used car. He answered all my questions and was forthcoming with what he knew about the car. And if he didn't know the answer to one of my questions, he found the answer and actually returned my call!!!! The finance department treated me like a human being, not a number, and took into consideration that not every customer has unlimited discretionary income to throw around at a car payment. Cooper worked with me over multiple phone calls and was ultimately able to find a loan that made the payments easier to swallow. During my initial test drive I noticed a few things about the condition of the car that I wanted addressed if I made the purchase. I brought my concerns up to Bryant after my test drive. These were mostly inconsequential, but I felt one item was quite important. Still, I'd made peace with the likelihood of buying the car and having to deal with these details on my own (and pay to have them addressed). Once I'd agreed to purchase the car, I requested to have these items looked at by the service department. I figured I would be totally blown off. I'd already agreed to buy the car, after all. To my complete surprise, the service department called the next day to schedule an appointment to have the car looked at. And not only that, Bryant had already informed them of the items I wanted checked out. There was zero confusion on their end and zero headache on my end. My car is still in the service department (longer than expected) but it's because they are diving deeper into one of the issues I pointed out. They are going the extra mile and making sure to treat the potential cause rather than just the symptom, which is not something I would expect a dealership to do, especially on a used car that's already been sold. I paid asking price for my car and I feel like I got a great deal. I'd rather invest in phenomenal dealer support than save a few bucks up front and get a cold shoulder after I drive off the lot. I'll buy here again in the future, no doubt. But it will probably be quite a few years down the road; I bought a Subaru! In the meantime, my wife and I will be happy to have our cars serviced here.

"Best Customer Service Experience and Value"

Shingle Springs Subaru has, hands down, the best customer service experience. Big shout out to Kevin Powell, my internet sales expert that helped me with the purchase of my 2020 Outback. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, hard working and diligent with complying with all of my requests. Even after the sale was complete, he still wanted to make sure I'm 100% satisfied and is always available to assist me with questions or concerns. Brett Brophy made the actual buying experience easy to understand and he was very helpful with recommendations on adding Cilajet and Permaplate to the windshield. All well worth a little extra upfront for the savings I'll get for as long as I own my Outback. And Claire Barnett was awesome in providing me all the initial information I needed to take advantage of all the great features the Outback offers. I felt great about the entire car buying process, which is something I normally dread. Thank you to all of you! I'm super happy with my Outback and you're all FANTASTIC!

"Best Subaru Salesman in the universe"

Never liked following directions, so this isn't about the dealership, it's about the BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS CAR SALESMAN IN THE WORLD (at least in my book)., KEVIN POWELL!! After a disastrous meeting with sales management personnel at Roseville Subaru we walked away. Then working with Kevin and his team was like dying and going to heaven. We were able to conduct business in a timely manner (at least by car buying standards) and get on with our new car and lives without feeling like we were being played between; salesmen, closers, managers and other non value added people. Yeah they were there, but we didn't interact with them. Kevin is: polite, knowledgeable, articulate, professional and an all around salesman. He made buying our Subaru Forester Limited, more like a walk in the park than a dreaded car buying session. My personal definition of Kevin is: "He's faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, can leap tall buildings with a single bound..." He's Super Kevin! We bought a brand new Subaru outback from Tim about 3 years ago. I contacted Tim Gonzales and before I drove 1 hour to meet hime, I had already talked about price ranges, especially for Costco members and their auto buying program. Tim was polite, and professional. I do not do well with sales people that put high pressure, and made it clear to Tim. He did not put any pressure on me at all. I hate the car buying experience and process in general, but with Tim, it was quite easy, smooth and to my satisfaction. I will be going back to Tim. The dealership is not important to me, the sales person who works in sync with me is.

This was our third Subaru from this dealership. Kevin out did himself as far as helping us get our Crosstrek hybrid. We love it and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Kevin and I e-mailed each other for about a week or two until I could finally get my husband into talk with him. Love Shingle Springs Subaru service Dept, too. Kevin got us a good deal on our new Outback. He was easy to work with and made the drive up from Rocklin worth it. He found us exactly what we wanted and had it on his lot the next day. A much better process with Kevin and Shingle Springs than with Maita or AutoNation at the automall.
