Not be from the area, driving into the lot asking where to locate Jeff and then having people call him and my new car warming up as I drove to park. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone, from Claire, Jeff and Todd. Love having Claire go over all the features, I have never had that happen any other place. Jeff kept in touch with e during the whole time, from day one, until the car came in and until the weather broke that we could get over the mountain. We were treated like family/friends, again never had that experience before. We would again travel the extra miles to be treated like family. We can't say enough on how this went down, everyone should shop there for a Subaru. I have passed the word and will continue. More

Outstanding and above expectation We worked with Tim online. The price he quoted was better than any other dealer and there was no hidden facts or appeals to their profit margins. When we showed up for the car we agreed on, that particular one was sold, so we were given same exact car but with 400-500 in upgrades at no extra cost and ....even that agreed upon price was lowered $80. Claire went over all the bells and whistles with patience and some great tips. There was no hard sell for extra service contracts, but it was offered. More

The whole experience was very pleasant and seamless. My compliments to management, sale reps Brent and Tom, Financial rep Brett and Claire the customer service specialist. Product knowledge and customer service is very visible and my wife and I enjoyed doing business with such good people.
