Within a few short minutes Kevin replied to my request for information on the Outback series. We were looking to replace our 2018 with a 24 or 25. We have now, in September, bought our 4th! !! Subaru from Shingle Springs! Once again, Zoe was amazing! Cooper was super easy to work with and worked with our schedule to get everything ready !! Tom, the GM, was great to talk with too. AND Trevor was AWESOME - we had a surprise Subaru/Bark Box full of dog toys and swag which was the icing on the wonderful cake. We bought our 3rd Subaru from Shingle Springs at the end of May. The experience then was AMAZING. We showed interest in the 2025 Subaru Forester and Zoe reached out. We worked with her to get our questions answered and she was very responsive and worked hard to get our answers as when we started this process, the car hadn't even come off the assembly line yet. Zoe worked with us to order the vehicle we wanted. We were even able to get the car treated with Cilajet before pick up so we could avoid multiple trips. Trevor, the salesperson, was very kind, funny and personable and had an incredible knowledge of the vehicle, which was amazing since it is Subaru's revamped model, fresh this year. After we bought the car, we had the privilege of and expert session with Lily to learn about all the features our car has, and we learned A LOT from her. We've enjoyed working with her in the past with our other Subarus as well. The general manager, Tom, even took the time to chat with us during our learning session with our new Subaru. Shingle Springs Subaru has once again proven why they earned our business and continues to build that relationship that makes us want to both return and recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a Subaru. I like their no pressure style. They let you test drive a vehicle with ot without a sales paerson in the car.
