Lori Reynolds was great! Body side molding installed Lori Reynolds is my service advisor. I ordered body side moldings to be installed on my new car. I requested an appointment online but none were available for 10 days that fit my schedule. When a sooner appointment opened up Lori called me to see if I wanted that slot knowing I wanted this done as soon as possible. I took that appointment which was for later that day. This was perfect for me as it fit right into my schedule. As always Lori keeps me informed as to when the service has started on my car and the approximate time of completion, as well as the cost and anything else the technician finds . Lori Reynolds keeps me coming to Shore Toyota for all my vehicles service . More
