Bad customer service I am writing to inform you of the unacceptably poor customer service I received during my 30,000 mile service appointment earlier today. Firstly, my c I am writing to inform you of the unacceptably poor customer service I received during my 30,000 mile service appointment earlier today. Firstly, my car appeared to be fully serviced for several minutes yet stood parked outside the service facility while I continued to wait. Eventually, I discovered my parked car outside the facility and tried to talk with my service representative, Jamie Camilli, who was not at her desk and apparently no one knew where to find her. Secondly, when I finally got confirmation that my car was in fact serviced, the "time ready" on the invoice form was deliberately altered to reflect a lesser amount of wait time. All told, I was forced to wait a ridiculous ninety minutes for a simple oil change. I am appalled and highly disappointed with this service appointment and I suggest your service personnel undergo much needed customer service evaluations. If my 40,000 oil service goes as this one did, I will be compelled to sell my car immediately and wash my hands clear of your pitiful service employees. More
