Maintenance & rental Got an oil change recently, beautiful job, loved that they washed my car also!!! Last year the family rented a Sierra for a NC vacation. GREAT van, easy to drive, smooth ride, service was excellent. Maybe next time we go in a family vacation we'll consider doing this again. More
Not sure who dropped the ball and accountability I arrived at 8:57am for a 9am appointment I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance. A gentleman helped me I don't remember his name as he didn't introduce I arrived at 8:57am for a 9am appointment I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance. A gentleman helped me I don't remember his name as he didn't introduce himself. He said name and what are you here for. I told him I was here for my 10,000 mile checkup at my 9am appointment time. He didn't say another word, no mention to follow him but instinctually I did follow. I followed him to Jim Duffy. Jim alerts me to the fact that there is no appointment scheduled for me at this time but he could squeeze me in if I wanted to wait. I told him I appreciate that knowing that Monday might be a busy car day. At 10:47 (an 1:47 minutes) he says I'm ready apologizes that it took as long as it did and about the appointment not being scheduled properly I said thank you for the apology but I know its not your fault as you weren't the scheduler I talked to. I then asked how could we prevent this issue from happening again he said call my direct line here to schedule service. He said the guy will bring your car here for you he's just looking for it in the lot. Upon getting in my car the maintenance required light was still on. I drove back in the garage again where Jim asked what's up. I said the lights still on. He got in the van and reset the light. I then left and had an early lunch at a local establishment where I looked at my report on my car. Now here is the "fun" part my van has a 20 inch or so crack in the windshield in about the middle to the passenger side which is very visible inside or outside of the car. On the report the "checkmarks" of the inspection state that my windshield is in green great condition checked an okay at this time instead of may require future attention or requires immediate attention. That leads me to wonder did they even look at it. If they didn't even take the 2 minutes to actually look over my windshield did they even take the time to look over the 36 other things are the brake lining or tread depths measurements even real or are they just what the average would be and written down just to get it done. That is missed revenue for you as they could have it quoted to be fixed before I even left the premises to give me an idea of what it would cost. More

Inconsistent While the sale manager is a nice guy, I find the dealership holistically is inconsistent. For a scheduled appointment, I waited for a couple hours! Then they offered to take me home but I had to find a way back. In addition, the last service I had, I asked to be dropped off at work. I was told that if my job was more than 5 miles away they could not drive me. I had to find a coworker to get me to work. I work about 8 miles away. Well, during this service I needed to use the restroom and see the sign in there that states that they can take me to my destination up to 25 miles! I love the car but find that I am annoyed by the inconsistencies of the establishment. More
