This was the first time I dealt with Lori, as my usual service person was on vacation. Lori was very friendly and made me feel like I've known her all my life. While I was waiting for my car, she checked on me several times in the waiting room and updated me on what was going on. I haven't had any problems since my vehicle was serviced and fixed so I believe the quality of the work is exceptional. Lori is always on the ball and is fast and efficient getting the car processed and into the service area. I like to stroll around and see what the new models have and ran into Courtney in the sales area. Courtney sold me my first Toyota, a Sequoia 10 years ago and we have kept in touch ever since. Lori is a master of making things happen and juggling multiple projects while still treating you like a VIP. I'm glad to do business with them. More
