This is my second purchase with Jesse this year. My first purchase I bought a new Camry (first new car I had in over 25 years)which was totaled in hurricane Irene. I was traveling from out of state in my 2005 Toyota Camry on weekend of Sept 24. Windshield wipers arms self destructed (at 100,000) miles. Heavy rain all weekend and I had to get back home. We were greeted very nicely by Jesse Zanichelli within 5 seconds of arriving at the dealership. Jesse was not just curteous but also very informative,and addressed all of our concerns very well,we couldnt h seconds of arriving at the dealership. We were also impresssed that Jesse never made us feel uncomfortable or be pushed at all, he was so proffessional. Jesse introduced us to Glenn the General Manager and then Danny the Finance Manager ran numbers and also worked with Jesse to make sure we were completely satisfied and that there was nothing else that Shore Toyota could do for us even after they went out of there way to make us feel right at home. I have to say that this was by far our best experience ever buying a vehicle in the 35 years we have been purchasing one! We will never leave Shore Toyota with a staff like that!! Chris managed my service call in a professional manner, even on a Saturday. He managed the process from start to finish and reassured me that the water leaking into the passenger side of the cabin was a p even on a Saturday. I was hesitant to leave my car for a Saturday because my thinking was that the attitude of employees at work on a Saturday would be too relaxed, but I was relieved that he managed the process so well and had my car back to me earlier than expected.
