Lori happens to be my service representative for my 2007 Rav4. She always goes out of her way to help and answer any questions I might have. She makes my follow-up appintments in advance and then am reminded on computer before the scheduled date so that I can reschedule if necessary. She always makes my visit a pleasant experience.Lori is a great asset to Shore Toyota and I would have no problem recommending them to family and friends. More
I made an appointment the other day for service on my 2001 Toyota Rav-4. I took my car into Shore Toyota today (Thursday January 5, 2011. The reason for the service was to repair a recall on the computer. Lori at the service desk waas very friendly and helpful. When my car when was completed, Lori was explaining what the mechanics did. She did ask me if I wanted to schedule another appoinment for routine service. I declined the offer, but told Lori, I may call at a later date to schedule service. Lori is an excellent customer service agent. More
Shore Toyota needs to focus on managing a customers expectations on waiting for service. For example, if a 5K service for a certain model on the average takes 1.5 hours there should be some feedback to expectations on waiting for service. Also, as I arrived at 0940 for a 0945 appointment the info written on the work sheet was 9:58a., seems to be a little off. My understanding is that the company has detailed information about how long on the average a certain work order will be in the shop. This needs to be conveyed to the customer. Also, there could be in "real time" the average wait time posted in the waiting room. The last time I was there, before this one on 5 Jan, I waited over 10 minutes for the gentleman to get off the phone, however if it rang he answered it immediately. He was as he said "talking with a friend". That is vs a customer? Glad to talk with an Executive if requested. Also it is not the fault of the employee. I made an appointment on the internet with Shore Toyota, and was able to be taken and confirmed on the internet the same afternoon, which i thought was outstanding. When I got there my service agent was out to lunch, and Lori Reynolds took it upon herself to assist me. She told me exactly what was being done to my Venza. While my car was in service, I asked Lori that after the car was returned, could she possibly help me with setting up the bluetooth. With no hesitation she absolutely agreed to walk me through the process. I knew that she was busy, and might not be able to do it, but she stopped everything and did an outstanding job. Her committment to the customer and Shore Toyota was the best service experience that i have ever had. I also told the service manager that if she does not get a pay raise, i will personally hire her. Keep up the good work. On another note, when I purchased the car last August, my salesman, Kori could not have been better. He was very professional and knew his product. Thank You... I have never owned a Toyota before now I own a Toyota and a Scion..I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP AND ITS EMPLOYEES... I was always a Chevy person..NO MORE ..
