MILLARD, MY SERVICE MANAGER, IS A TRUE REPRESENTTAIVE OF THE TOYOTA NAME. HE'S FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, AND CARING. HE IS THE REASON MY GOOD RATINGS WERE, IN FACT, GOOD. THE CAR IS ALWAYS REPAIRED THE TOYOTA NAME. HE'S FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, AND CARING. HE IS THE REASON MY GOOD RATINGS WERE, IN FACT, GOOD. THE CAR IS ALWAYS REPAIRED CORRECTLY AND ANY NEEDS i HAVE NOT HIGHLIGHTED ARE BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION. MILLARD TELLS ME WHEN THINGS MUST BE REPAIRED AS OPPOSED THOSE ITEMS WHICH CAN WAIT. THAT, OF COURSE, SAVES ME BOTH TIME AND MONEY. I HAVE SEVERAL CAUTIONS. 1. OIL CHANGES TAKE MUCH LONGER THAN I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED. 2. ON ONE SPECIFIC INSTANCE I HAD REQUESTED THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE. I WANTED TO GO HAVE LUNCH WHILE THEY REPAIRED MY VEHICLE. NO ONE EXCEPT MILLARD CARED THAT I WAS NEVER PICKED UP BY THE SHUTTLE. BY THE TIME HE CAUGHT ON TO THE FACT THAT I WAS STILL WAITING, THE REPAIRS WERE ALMOST DONE. 3. THE SERVICE MANAGERS WORK IN AN AREA THAT IS BOTH NON-CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND NON-MANAGER FRIENDLY. CUSTOMERS HAVE TO CROSS INTO THE SERVICE ENTRY AREA TO ACCESS THE WAITING ROOM. IF THERE'S A LINE OF PEOPLE, IT EXTENDS INTO AN AREA MEANT FOR CARS. SERVICE MANAGERS WORK IN CRAMPED SPACES AMID A LOT OF NOISE, CAR AND PEOPLE TRAFFIC. tHE AREA NEEDS TO UPDATED AND MODERNIZED. WHY DO I LIKE THE DEALERSHIP. I purchased my 2011 Toyota Camry SE 4 cylinder from Toyota of Turnersville in April 2010. I visited Shore Toyota in Summer 2010 for service but heard the news that Lori took some time off. I refused to Toyota of Turnersville in April 2010. I visited Shore Toyota in Summer 2010 for service but heard the news that Lori took some time off. I refused to go back to Shore Toyota after that. I then began taking my car to Toyota of Turnersville and was unhappy with their work and they never washed my car and took the care that I wanted as Shore Toyota did. I visited Shore Toyota 12/30/10 for noises heard in my Camry and finally saw that Lori was back to work. Lori is phenominal with her work and always takes great care of me and is a great friend. I trust her with any and all work done to my passed and current vehicles and appreciate her great work and dedication. Although I have had bad experiences in their sales department, their service department is great! More
Took my lexus in for service and they treated me great with out discrimination. He explained to me what is involved in the 50,000 mile service and I asked about brakes and how it all works. I would like to share my experience with any prospective customers to Shore Toyota, namely Lori Reynolds. I had a strange rumbling sound coming from the front end of my 2008 Tundra Lori took this issue and customers to Shore Toyota, namely Lori Reynolds. I had a strange rumbling sound coming from the front end of my 2008 Tundra Lori took this issue and handled it in a way very rare these days, she cared and showed a level of professionalism I never see , especially in car dealerships. She handled the loaner car for me and fielded numerous calls from me all the while providing excellent customer feedback, something sadly lacking with the actual salesperson on my deal. I would also add that her stepping in to breach on this matter was vital because my first attempt to have the problem looked at early one Saturday morning was meant with a very harsh attitude by the person running the shop that Saturday, not sure of his name, I explained to him that I was instructed to stop in and see service first thing without an appointment by my salesperson Courtney, naturally this is never a popular move so I was met with " HE SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT " and a nice head roll that was so off putting that I just went back to the house to cool off a while, but maybe the follow up that "should have" been provided by my salesman Courtney; but was not, could have made all the difference regarding this particular matter. In closing I cannot adequately express my sincere appreciation for the way Lori handled my issue and would recommend you deal with her if you really expect "great" service, she is a real gem. More

The service work performed on my truck was done expertly and on time. Lori went beyond the call of duty to make sure the work was completed on time and my vehicle was dropped off as promised on both of my s and on time. My visit was due to some paint peeling on the wheels of my 09 Tacoma. Lori Reynolds took my case and contacted Toyota on my behalf. She convinced Toyota to replace all of the wheels under warranty. Had a car starter installed as a Christmas gift for my husband. They were very accomodating and were able to get me in. Laurie was wonderful. Lori and the service department are always very pleasant and accomodating. Work is completed in a timely manner and they are very considerate of your vehicle when it is in their care.
