I would like to share my experience with any prospective customers to Shore Toyota, namely Lori Reynolds. I had a strange rumbling sound coming from the front end of my 2008 Tundra Lori took this issue and customers to Shore Toyota, namely Lori Reynolds. I had a strange rumbling sound coming from the front end of my 2008 Tundra Lori took this issue and handled it in a way very rare these days, she cared and showed a level of professionalism I never see , especially in car dealerships. She handled the loaner car for me and fielded numerous calls from me all the while providing excellent customer feedback, something sadly lacking with the actual salesperson on my deal. I would also add that her stepping in to breach on this matter was vital because my first attempt to have the problem looked at early one Saturday morning was meant with a very harsh attitude by the person running the shop that Saturday, not sure of his name, I explained to him that I was instructed to stop in and see service first thing without an appointment by my salesperson Courtney, naturally this is never a popular move so I was met with " HE SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT " and a nice head roll that was so off putting that I just went back to the house to cool off a while, but maybe the follow up that "should have" been provided by my salesman Courtney; but was not, could have made all the difference regarding this particular matter. In closing I cannot adequately express my sincere appreciation for the way Lori handled my issue and would recommend you deal with her if you really expect "great" service, she is a real gem. More

Had a car starter installed as a Christmas gift for my husband. They were very accomodating and were able to get me in. Laurie was wonderful. I'm 5' and my new FJ needed stair rails. Lori ordered them and got them on in record time. Finished before the projected time, and a new appointment set up for another accessory quickly. I took my Toyota Highlander to Shore Toyotafor a maintenance check. They included a great car wash job, which I was not expecting!
