Inconsideration I had an appointment to have an interior roof high replaced. what should have taken a few minutes turned into 2 hours while others came and went and I had an appointment to have an interior roof high replaced. what should have taken a few minutes turned into 2 hours while others came and went and sat in the waiting room. The only interest this dealership has is to buy back my car and sell me a new one. No thanks! More

Horrible Your service department has gone way downhill over the past year or so. You don't do everything I asked for the past couple of times, and the last tim Your service department has gone way downhill over the past year or so. You don't do everything I asked for the past couple of times, and the last time you couldn't even perform an easy service. I had to bring my car in THREE separate times for new brakes. It's still not right after the THIRD appointment. I bought the car there in 2009 and have used your service department for everything until now. I will not be coming back. Check my service records. Brakes. Yes, brakes. A backyard mechanic can change brake pads, which is more then I can say about your service department. I usually don't complain, and I did give you guys THREE times to get it right. My wife waited for three hours the third time, when the advisor promised it would take 30min. More

Don't judge a book by its cover On the outside this dealership is beautiful, they have outstanding employees that are amazing at their jobs. Nice smiles.. friendly attitudes.. their sales department is superb, absolutely amazing.. but only when it comes to making you feel comfortable and taking your money.. just a warning.. make sure you read all the papers they give you. Just make sure you don't get "boned" like I did. Make sure that whatever you agreed upon is writen on paper, and it does not cost you extra (unless it supposed to). Would I go back to this dealership? No. My reasons are extensive, and my complaints are lengthy. Be wary.. I wish you well. More
