two hour wait for tire rotation plus service not requested In the past, my experience was better with less wait time, but I think it was overly busy (Monday Morning). I was in just for a tire rotation for 30.00, but I was charged for a battery test and some replacement part that I did not ask for. My total bill after two hours (I was told by Bob it would only take 45-1 hour) was 76.00. I probably won't be back for a while. I think they got my car service/appointment mixed up with someone else. I have other places I can go without using all my comp time from work. More

ANOTHER repair I bought a 2010 rav 4 from this location several years ago... Sadly this car had entirely too many repairs for me to consider buying another toyota. I bought a 2010 rav 4 from this location several years ago... Sadly this car had entirely too many repairs for me to consider buying another toyota. A couple years ago I was involved in an accident, and was lied to about who is fixing my car. That left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. Now, the compressor went, after only 7 years. I was told the cost is 1400.. Which means it's time to ditch the rav. I feel slightly taken advantage of only because this vehicle had soooooo many problems. Very disappointed in this vehicle. Sadly, I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone, in fear their car would be defective as well More
