Not happy with my latest visit for a routine tire rotation I was only due for tire rotation. I asked for an oil change since I was there. I made An appointment so it would be quick. 1 1/2 later the person I wa I was only due for tire rotation. I asked for an oil change since I was there. I made An appointment so it would be quick. 1 1/2 later the person I was working with suggested new tires, and filters etc over $1000 . I didn’t have time for that and I didn’t need new tires. My husband thought my air filters were fine but I got new ones bc I trusted the word of the person helping me. 2 hours later my car was ready . Also I was going to be charged for an oil change too. I had to tell him it was under toyota care and free. I shouldn’t have to tell him! More
