Appointment time means nothig I got to Shore at 930am-my appt time.Made sure I got up in time to eat,drive etc-I did my part-I took a walk about `1030 and noted my car was in th I got to Shore at 930am-my appt time.Made sure I got up in time to eat,drive etc-I did my part-I took a walk about `1030 and noted my car was in the lot-It as not taken in for service until 11am.I wasted 90 minutes of my time.The counter employee as very very nice-letting me know twice the status and thanked me for my patience.This was merely a 20000 mile service.This is poor service More
