Right from the start our salesman, Jim Griffin was professional and had our interest in mind. He asked questions to determine our needs and really listened. Price List for Service The service prices are very expensive almost comparable to Luxery car service prices. For a Toyota! Not looking down on Toyota, but the price list seems like I'm servicing my Rolls Royce. I hope the people who set the service prices realize, this isn't the game of MONOPLOY! It's real people with real problems and real hard earned money. All the people I have interacted with at Shore Toyota l are very very friendly, but they want every last dime from your pockets. Maybe try are trained that way. Whatever the case maybe be, I'm just hoping my car doesn't have any more problems, because it's been an expensive last several months at Shore Toyota. Just a hint of suggestion to those running the joint, u might wanna ease up a bit on the slaughtering of "returning" customers! More
