Always a pleasure! I consistently work with the same employees at Shore Toyota Service Department - Christopher Bounds is my Service Adviser and Jim Fox is my mechanic. I consistently work with the same employees at Shore Toyota Service Department - Christopher Bounds is my Service Adviser and Jim Fox is my mechanic. Together they know my vehicle, they keep me informed and they try and space out my service so that I am not hit with numerous items in one visit. They let me know in advance (when possible) approximately when I will be needing a major repair- this allows me to financially plan for that repair and it is a happier scenario. They are always very pleasant and respectful of my time! Always a pleasure! More
30K 2016 Prius Service Thinks went fairly well. On,y complaint is I need to go back this weekend to have the air filters installed that was not in Stock. Not a big deal but Thinks went fairly well.
