I hate feeling pressure to buy and I did just that I said a few times I'd come back and was told the deal wouldn't be there or the price would be more. Don't get me wrong I love my new car how could I not, it's a Toyota! But since I was researching the RAV4 not the highlander I was less informed. The RAV4 was just too small and I did appreciate he didn't push it on me. Now I see the highlander similar in all ways cheaper. I should have came back and that's my fault. Again I love the car the people are nice. More

Lori is Top Notch I have had many of bad experiences at shore toyota service department over the years, and when I explained this to Lori, She told me that she would wo I have had many of bad experiences at shore toyota service department over the years, and when I explained this to Lori, She told me that she would work with me and always communicate with my regarding time frame in which my vehicle would be done, potential repairs, etc. This past time, I had to sit and wait with my truck on a busy day Jan 2, 2017. Lori told me it would be about an hr, which I thought "yeah right"; but sure enough, Lori came and got me and had me out of there in an hour. I am really happy with Lori's service as it is top notch and this is how all of the service people should run their business with each person. Best Experience ever My husband and I were looking at new vehicles for almost 2 years,two different states and countless dealership and salespeople . On a Sunday we when to shore just to look and we're asked to look at the new set-up in the showroom, my husband had that moment when he saw his truck . That person was the sales manager Jessie . I have never liked a car dealer but all the people at shore changed my thinking. That Tuesday we purchased the truck my 4 runner and my mother in laws car. We just had our vehicles services done and could not be happier I had a small problem with my seatbelt and it was not found but I was giving the the service dept. card and told when it happens again call and bring you 4 runner right in. Great people to work with. We live an hour or so away. More
