Surprising Service Experience My Tacoma was due for service and, as if on cue, the air conditioner began blowing hot air. Dave Schulnick scheduled an appointment for the next day My Tacoma was due for service and, as if on cue, the air conditioner began blowing hot air. Dave Schulnick scheduled an appointment for the next day and the vehicle was dropped off at 8:00 a.m. Later that day, Dave called and informed me the service was complete and that a valve in the A/C system was replaced, while I was expecting the hear that a more expensive part was needed. When I dropped by to pick up the truck, Dave was busy with another customer, so Lori Reynolds walked me through the check-out process so I didn't have to wait for Dave. All in all, a pleasant experience. More

Even though I impolitely walked out on them on my first visit I reconsidered what was being offered me and went back the next day and asked if they would still honor the deal from the night before. They did...and then went a bit further than I expected and actually apologized for any discomfort they caused me. It was nice to work with people who would meet you in the middle with an investment.
