Shoreline Hyundai sold me a 2020 Kia Telluride in March 2023. It was a big purchase for our family, and my husband and I went to see it two or three times, asking ALL the questions before deciding to go fo 2023. It had low mileage, the size we wanted and the salesman said it was in “mint condition, no accidents reported on the carfax” Fast forward to three months later - the car has been in the shop for the better part of us owning it. The Kia specialist working on it (at another dealership) lets us know that the “major” accident our car was involved in 2020 is the reason for all of the problems. He also assesses the car at nearly 20K less than what we purchased it as a result of the accident we were lied to about. After an entire week of Shoreline Hyundai admitting no fault, we had to get our attorney involved for them to finally agree to purchase the car back for what we paid. This last month (December 2023) I have called at least a dozen times to receive a copy of the bill of sale for this vehicle, as the town I live in is sending me a tax bill for it. It took an entire month to provide this to me. I will NEVER do business here again, and implore anyone thinking about going to Shoreline Hyundai, DON’T! This is a car dealership that gives them all a bad rap. They will cheat and lie to get a sale at your expense. More

Sketchy, shady, dishonest and untrustworthy. Buying my car was an okay experience but after the fact, it was nothing but brutal. My car was sold to me with safety issues and when I brought it in about a month after buying it, an inspection was done and service said everything was great and good! Just last week I took it to another dealer for an oil change and MANY safety issues were found with it. Not sure how you can sell a car without a safety inspection….. you completely took advantage of a young girl buying her first car. When I called about the issue, I was rudely hung up on by the dealer manager and my situation was not understood. He was not willing to help and literally said “what do you want me do about that?”. Pete sold me the car and from the other review, I see he has not changed a bit. I will not be recommending this dealership and I hope you learn from your mistakes and being dishonest with your customer, not smart business. More
